NASHUA HOUSE ROOM POLICIES

Pet Policy:
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

Occupancy Policy:
All guest rooms at the Nashua House Hotel are for one or two people only. Strictly enforced.There is a $200/night charge for any unauthorized guest, and immediate requirement to check out. The Nashua House is not appropriate for children under the age of 12.

Smoking Policy:
There is no smoking of anything, nor open flame of any kind, allowed anywhere on Nashua House property. There is a $250 charge for smoking in your room or anywhere on the property and you will be required to check out immediately.

Deposit Policy:
100% deposit required for a stay of 1 or 2 nights.
50% deposit required for a stay of 3 or more nights.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund available with 21 days or more of notice of cancellation. A cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the whole reservation applies to every refund.There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure. If we cannot resell your cancelled room nights we have the right to charge you a minimum of one nights room charge and the 10% Cancellation fee.

Check-in/check-out:
Check-in is 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Check-in after 10:00 pm is by prior arrangement only. We will
gladly store your luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. There is a $25.00/hour charge for checking out after 11:00 am.

Damage/lost keys:
Charges will be assessed to the credit card on file for any damage you cause to Nashua House Hotel property including damage to furniture, linens, carpeting, missing items, etc. Lost key fee is $50.00.  

Quiet hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm-7:00 am. Guests that disregard the staff's request for quiet will be required to check out immediately, solely at our discretion.

Injury/loss:
The Nashua House Hotel cannot be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, nor for the loss of money, jewelry,or valuables of any kind.
