Pets
While we are dog lovers, Hotel Ginger is not equipped to welcome pets. No pets allowed. 

Occupancy
All guest rooms are for one or two people only and we must strictly enforce this.There is a $250/night charge for each unauthorized guest and you will be required to check out immediately. We are not appropriate for children under the age of 16.

Smoking
There is no smoking of anything or any kind allowed on property, including rooms, decks, porches and exit stairs. There is a $350 charge for smoking anywhere on the property and you will be required to check out immediately.



Deposits
As an island destination, we can't easily replace cancellations. We collect the following deposits for your stay: – 100% deposit required for a stay of 1 or 2 nights. – 50% deposit required for a stay of 3 or more nights. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Cancellation
We will refund deposits for cancellations 21 days or more, less a 10% handling fee applied against the entire booking. The credit card companies charge us for each transaction. There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure. If we cannot resell your cancelled room nights we have the right to charge you a minimum of one nights room charge and the 10% cancellation fee. Unfortunately we cannot honor cancellations due to weather.

Check-in/check-out
Check-in is 4 pm to 9 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Hotel Ginger has limited lockers for luggage storage. There is a $50/hour charge for checking out after 10 am–our maids will have to turn your room in a flurry.

Damage & lost keys>
Charges will be assessed to the credit card on file for any damage you cause to the property including damage to furniture, linens, carpeting, missing items, etc. Lost key fee is $50.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests who disregard staff's request for quiet will be required to check out immediately, at our discretion. Be kind to others, please, while part of the Hotel Ginger community.

Injury or loss
Hotel Ginger is responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, nor for the loss of money, jewelry,or valuables of any kind.
