Beaches & Surf

Door-to-beach-towel in two minutes

Martha's Vineyard has miles and miles of warm sandy beaches.

A quick two-minute walk from our front porch is the famous Inkwell beach, as well as the mile-long Oak Bluffs Town Beach. Locals favor these beaches for their calm shallow water and close proximity to town. As well, just a few minutes down the road by car, bus, or bike is the five-mile long Joseph A. Sylvia State Beach featuring the famous Jaws Bridge and the gentle waters of Sengekontacket Pond.
